Amanda Sevigny (she/her/hers)
I love the coaching environment, because it’s like a field of wildflowers- we might be growing at different paces, but we’re all out there reaching for the sun.
When I moved from Maine to Utah in 2014 to ski- I mean pursue my B.S. in Psychology at Westminster College, I found myself being coached and coaching in all types of settings- peer, collegiate, and professional. Those relationships helped me navigate some of my biggest struggles and encouraged me to keep going and growing. My greatest take away was that being part of a community can teach you how to blossom in ways you never thought possible. I like looking for opportunities where I can pay this forward, which has lead me to the University of Utah!
Growth might not be linear, but that doesn’t mean we can’t take small steps forward each day. I’ve found so much joy in supporting folks along their paths, and I look forward to seeing how I can best support you in navigating yours.
